Basketball Recap: Rocket City's Losing Streak Snapped at Seven Games

Rocket City had to endure a seven-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put the hurt on the Calvary Academy Warrior with a sharp 65-43 victory on Wednesday. The Falcons not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since January 28th.

Despite the loss, Calvary Academy still got an impressive performance from Shawn Fraumeni, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 11 boards. With that strong performance, Fraumeni is now averaging an impressive 8.1 rebounds per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Kieran Riccobono, who posted eight points and five assists.

Rocket City's win bumped their record up to 11-21. As for Calvary Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-14.

Rocket City didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 52-35 victory against Mt. Pleasant Christian on the 6th. Calvary Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
