Basketball Recap: St. Joseph Academy's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road

St. Joseph Academy won the last time they faced First Coast Christian and things went their way on Friday too. The St. Joseph Academy Flashes came out on top against the First Coast Christian Knights by a score of 49-39. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Flashes.

First Coast Christian's loss came despite strong showings from Tavarion Stevens and David Ellis Jr.. Stevens dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten boards, while Ellis Jr. posted 12 points and four steals. Ellis Jr. is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season.
