While Stratford put up some runs on Friday, the same can't be said for Jersey Village. The Spartans walked away with a 3-0 win over the Falcons. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-5 on Tuesday.

The victory made it two in a row for Stratford and bumps their season record up to 12-11. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 5 runs in those games. As for Jersey Village, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-13-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Stratford is set to square off against their familiar foe Cy-Fair at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Jersey Village will face off against rival Cypress Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
