The Lebanon Tigers will head out on the road to square off against the Pendleton Heights Arabians at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Lebanon is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.5 runs per game this season.
Lebanon lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Western Boone, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's matchup. The Tigers were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Stars on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Tigers have posted against the Stars since April 19, 2023.
Noah Adams tossed a big game, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off three hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Lebanon let Jacob Linton and Nate Kouns run wild. Linton went 2-for-3 with one home run, two stolen bases, and three runs, while Kouns went 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. Linton has become a key player for Lebanon: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 4-12 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Camden Hawkins, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run.
Lebanon hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Western Boone struck out eight times.
Meanwhile, Pendleton Heights suffered their biggest defeat since April 21st on Thursday. They lost 11-2 to Greenfield-Central.
Colin Axel-Adams was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.
Lebanon's record is now 7-12. As for Pendleton Heights, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6.
Lebanon suffered a grim 15-3 defeat to Pendleton Heights in their previous meeting back in May of 2025. Can the Tigers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
