Cane Bay entered their tilt with First Baptist School on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Hurricanes by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cobras also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Amelia Watkins paced Cane Bay's offense, picking up three kills. Watkins got some help from Ellie Karan and her nine assists. Leanna Boscana and Jordan Flores kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Cane Bay's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for First Baptist School, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.

Cane Bay wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 1-1 draw against Hanahan on the 30th. As for First Baptist School, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Dreher on the 30th.
