Clarinda hadn't done well against Nodaway Valley recently (they were 1-7 in their previous eight matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Clarinda Cardinals blew past the Nodaway Valley Wolverines 82-52. The Cardinals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 26 points or more this season.

Clarinda's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-9. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.3 points over those games.
