St. Ignatius College Preparatory put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Homestead Mustangs by a score of 7-4. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Cassidy Chew was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March of 2024.
