On Friday, the Joshua Owls didn't have too much trouble with the Fossil Ridge Panthers as they won 68-54. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Owls.

Joshua has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.5 points per game. As for Fossil Ridge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-8.

Coincidentally, Joshua and Fossil Ridge will both be playing Birdville the next time they take the court. Joshua will head out to face Birdville at 4:45 p.m. on Friday, while Fossil Ridge will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
