Soccer Recap: Tower Hill Comes Up Short in High-Profile Matchup with St. Mark's

Tower Hill faced St. Mark in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Hillers lost 5-0 to the Spartans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Tower Hill of the 6-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Tower Hill and nudges their season record down to 11-9. As for St. Mark's, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tower Hill will head out to face off against St. Andrew's at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. St. Andrew's will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Tower Hill surely won't give up without a fight. As for St. Mark's, they will challenge Ursuline Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
