Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (59), Ligonier Valley still had to take the loss.
Albert Gallatin's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Shymere Wilson led the charge by scoring 22 points. Another player making a difference was Mykel Belt, who scored 20 points.
Ligonier Valley's loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Albert Gallatin, their victory bumped their record up to 9-10.
Ligonier Valley will head out on the road to challenge Derry at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Derry has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 277 points over their last four contests. As for Albert Gallatin, they will be playing at home against Southmoreland at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Albert Gallatin knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past ten matchups -- so hopefully Southmoreland likes a good challenge.
