Hillsborough's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jayden Green, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Philip Unangst, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds.
Hillsborough's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-2. As for Governor Livingston, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5.
Hillsborough will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Rutgers Prep at 7:00 p.m. As for Governor Livingston, they will head out on the road to take on Cranford at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Cranford's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last four contests.
