Central won the last time they faced Kennett and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Central Tigers walked away with a 50-41 win over the Kennett Indians. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 62nd, while the Indians are ranked 318th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Central is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 16 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. Kennett's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-16.

Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kennett, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 68-49 loss against Doniphan on the 27th.
