Vidalia's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Elmari Lewis led the charge by throwing for 99 yards and two touchdowns, while also punching in a touchdown on the ground. Jalen Hueing made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
Madison's loss was their fourth straight on the road , which bumped their record down to 3-7. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 6.5 points per game. As for Vidalia, their victory bumped their record up to 4-6.
