Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only The Seton Hall Prep Pirates walked away with it. They blew past St. Joseph 61-20 on the road. With Seton Hall Prep ahead 33-7 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Seton Hall Prep was led to victory by Michael Dunmore and Liam Londergan. Dunmore rushed for 118 yards and two touchdowns, while Londergan threw for 251 yards and four touchdowns on only 17 passes. Danny Easter also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Seton Hall Prep's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for St. Joseph, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3.
Seton Hall Prep will head out on the road to face off against St. Joseph Regional at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. St. Joseph Regional will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive. St. Joseph does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
