D.H. Conley is 8-0 against Northside - Jacksonville since December of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, both will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 6:30 p.m. Northside - Jacksonville took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on D.H. Conley, who comes in off a win.
Last Friday, everything came up roses for D.H. Conley against New Bern as the team secured a 68-36 win. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 23 points or more this season.

D.H. Conley smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in seven consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Northside - Jacksonville played a tough match last Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Havelock, falling 49-24. The Monarchs were down 39-14 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
D.H. Conley will need focus on slowing down Laila Humphrey, one of several Northside - Jacksonville players who made an impact when they last played. She posted four points in addition to five rebounds and three blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Anyla Prass, who had four points and seven boards.
D.H. Conley is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for Northside - Jacksonville, they dropped their record down to 6-4 with the loss, which was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: D.H. Conley has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 26.3 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Northside - Jacksonville struggles in that department as they've been averaging 35.3 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
D.H. Conley beat Northside - Jacksonville 48-39 in their previous matchup back in December of 2024. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Northside - Jacksonville's Madyson Wills, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds. Now that she's got a second chance to win this matchup, will D.H. Conley still be able to contain Wills? Check MaxPreps.com after the match to find out.
