Gary West Side was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 52-44 to the Lake Central Indians. Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lake Central to victory, but perhaps none more so than Noah Enyeart, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Zachary Greene, who went 6 of 8 on his way to 16 points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Gary West Side now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Lake Central, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gary West Side will venture away from home to face off against Hammond Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lake Central, they will head out to take on Culver Academies at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
