The Oscoda Owls will be playing in front of their home fans against the Heston Academy Patriots at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Last Monday, Oscoda came up short against Alcona and fell 47-36. Oscoda has not had much luck with Alcona recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Meanwhile, Heston Academy waltzed into their matchup two weeks ago with five straight wins but they left with six. They secured a 39-34 W over Rogers City.
Oscoda's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Heston Academy, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1.
Oscoda was able to grind out a solid win over Heston Academy in their previous meeting back in February of 2023, winning 33-21. Does Oscoda have another victory up their sleeve, or will Heston Academy turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
