The Victor Valley Jackrabbits will look to defend their home court on Saturday against the Burroughs Burros at 1:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the pair will really light up the scoreboard.
Victor Valley can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They walked away with a 65-54 win over Silverado.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Victor Valley to victory, but perhaps none more so than ISAIAH AMADOR, who scored 21 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points AMADOR has scored all season. ISAIAH BUTLER was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Meanwhile, Burroughs had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2.5 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They took down Sultana 66-50.
Victor Valley's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-8. As for Burroughs, their win bumped their record up to 11-8.
Victor Valley came up short against Burroughs in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, falling 74-62. Can Victor Valley avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
