The Towson Generals had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past Perry Hall 69-46. The victory was just what Towson needed coming off of a 73-44 loss in their prior contest.
Towson's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Quint Fryer led the charge by scoring 18 points along with seven rebounds. Korey Collins was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds.
Towson's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Perry Hall, their loss dropped their record down to 7-9.
Towson will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Dundalk at 5:30 p.m. Perry Hall's road trip will continue as they head out to face Patapsco on January 31st. Patapsco is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
