Sadly, North Bay Christian Academy are still looking for their first win of the season after ten contests. They were outmatched by Apostles Lutheran on the road and fell 48-18. North Bay Christian Academy was down 33-13 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Apostles Lutheran to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lamek Medhanie, who scored 17 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. Chad Chiu was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with four steals.
North Bay Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Apostles Lutheran, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.
North Bay Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Apostles Lutheran is on the road again on Saturday and plays Patten Academy at 2:30 p.m. on February 10th. Hopefully Apostles Lutheran focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 on Saturday.
