Basketball Recap: Oklahoma F Skates Past Mingo Valley Christian with Ease

A well-balanced attack led Oklahoma F over Mingo Valley Christian in every quarter on their way to victory on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Oklahoma F Flame blew the Mingo Valley Christian Eagles out of the water with an 81-36 final score. The Flame have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Caden Keeney and Nathan Bennett certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Keeney posted six points and eight rebounds, while Bennett had six points. Those six points gave Keeney a new career-high.

Oklahoma F pushed their record up to 16-5 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.2 points per game. As for Mingo Valley Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-6 record this season.
