The McIntosh Tigers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight loss. The matchup between McIntosh and Bison wasn't particularly close, with McIntosh falling 58-43. McIntosh has not had much luck with Bison recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Bison's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Rylee Veal, who scored 23 points along with three steals. That makes it seven consecutive games in which Veal has scored at least 25% of Bison's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyle Stadler , who scored 16 points.
McIntosh's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Bison, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McIntosh will take on Wakpala at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bison, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Timber Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
