Schoolhouse Prep waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Cypress Lake Panthers with a sharp 10-0 victory. The Wolfpack might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Angelly Benitez, who went 2-for-4 with one home run and two runs. Michelle Dominguez was another key player, going 3-for-4 with one RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Schoolhouse Prep kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least 11 hits in three consecutive contests.

Schoolhouse Prep now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Cypress Lake, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-12.

Schoolhouse Prep has already played their next game, a 1-0 loss against Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) on the 21st. As for Cypress Lake, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 10-0 defeat against Port Charlotte on the 28th.
