It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Evadale had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 64-40 margin over the Bremond Tigers. Evadale's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Devin Terrell, who went 5-for-6 on his way to 13 points and four steals. Williams continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The win was the 17th in a row for Evadale, bringing their record for this year to 30-7. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 41.1 points. As for Bremond, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-9.
Looking ahead, Evadale will welcome Weimar at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Evadale knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Weimar likes a good challenge. Bremond does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
