The Harrisburg Hornets can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They blew past Midland 67-43. Harrisburg pushed the score to 49-29 by the end of the third, a deficit Midland had little chance of recovering from.
Axel Heeb had a dynamite game for Harrisburg, scoring 18 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. Heeb is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 17 or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jayvin Thompson, who scored ten points along with two steals.
Harrisburg's victory bumped their record up to 6-21. As for Midland, they dropped their record down to 2-18 with that loss, which was their sixth straight at home.
Harrisburg will square off against Piggott at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Midland, they will be playing at home against Concord at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Midland will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Arkansas Rankings (they are ranked 282nd, while Concord is ranked 103rd).
