Softball Recap: Lemoore Sets Scoring Season-High Against Hanford

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lemoore). They came out on top against the Hanford Bullpups by a score of 15-10 on Monday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 11-8 back in April.

The team relied heavily on Maddie Bivens, who went 2-for-5 with one home run, seven RBI, and two runs. Those seven RBI gave her a new career-high. Kierra Deleon was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

With the win, Lemoore broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-19-1. As for Hanford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-15-2.

As of now, neither Lemoore nor the Bullpups have any future games scheduled.
