There's no place like home for Tonasket, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Tuesday. They managed  a  58-53 win over the Mabton Vikings  on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Vikings  back in January, they had to take a  59-56  loss.
 Tonasket got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Kristian Jones out in front who  shot 6-for-10 from deep and  dropped  a double-double with 26 points and 13  boards. What's more,  Jones also posted a 60%  three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's  posted since back in December of 2024.  Tanner Tompkins was another key player,  dropping  a double-double with 19  points and ten  rebounds.

Tonasket pushed their record up to 15-11 with the  win, which was their third straight  at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 65.3 points over those games. As for Mabton,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 16-9.
 Coming up, Tonasket will be playing at home against Okanogan  at 11:00  a.m.  on Saturday. Tonasket knows how to get  points on the board -- the  team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven contests -- so hopefully Okanogan likes a good challenge. Mabton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
