Qualib Ghallab was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 23 points and 19 rebounds. The matchup was his fifth in a row with at least ten points. Rayshawn Armstead was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 18 points and 12 rebounds.
Chaparral pushed their record up to 2-4 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Western, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
