There's no place like home for the Bogan Bengals, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Monday. They slipped by Back of the Yards College Prep 27-26 on Wednesday. That's another feather in the cap for Bogan, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Despite the loss, Back of the Yards College Prep still got an impressive performance from Alani Matos, who scored 14 points along with two steals and two blocks. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Matos has scored all season.
Bogan's win bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Back of the Yards College Prep, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-7.
Bogan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Back of the Yards College Prep will be playing at home against Horizon Science Academy-Southwest at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
