Rolando Castillo Drops League-Best Performance on Friday
Starting off the list is Frankfort's Rolando Castillo, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Castillo's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 105 rushing yards dating back to last season. He was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield on a catch that went for 56 yards.
North Montgomery's probably not too fond of Castillo given he always seems to get the better of them. Castillo made 14 total tackles and defended a pass the last time he and the Chargin' Chargers duked it out back in October of 2023.

Folden Came Up Big in Lebanon's 35-0 Victory
Lebanon picked up their fifth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Jackson Folden. Folden did his part (and then some), throwing for 327 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 13.6 yards per attempt for the 'W'.
Southmont's probably not too fond of Folden given he always seems to get the better of them. Folden threw for 178 yards and three touchdowns while completing 81.8% of his passes, and also rushed for 57 yards the last time he and the Mounties duked it out back in October of 2023.

Jayden Thompson Makes It Two for North Montgomery
The second North Montgomery player making an appearance here is Jayden Thompson, and for good reason. He made five total tackles (1.0 for loss).
