Deposit-Hancock is 0-10 against Delaware Academy since February of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. Deposit-Hancock will head out on the road to face off against the Delaware Academy Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m.
Two weeks ago, Deposit-Hancock was the victim of a rough 59-38 loss at the hands of Bainbridge-Guilford. Deposit-Hancock was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-10.
Meanwhile, Delaware Academy was able to grind out a solid victory over Bainbridge-Guilford on Tuesday, taking the game 45-36. Given Delaware Academy's advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 92nd, while Bainbridge-Guilford is ranked 220th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Deposit-Hancock bumped their record down to 0-2 with that defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Delaware Academy, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Deposit-Hancock might still be hurting after the 41-18 defeat they got from Delaware Academy in their previous matchup back in February. Can Deposit-Hancock avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
