Concord Christian Academy has been on the road for two straight, but on Monday they'll finally head home. After both having extra time off, the Concord Christian Academy Minutemen and the Chestertown Christian Academy Patriots will dust off their jerseys to face off against one another at 6:15 p.m. on January 8th. Concord Christian Academy will be strutting in after a win while Chestertown Christian Academy will be coming in after a loss.
Back in December of 2023, Concord Christian Academy was fully in charge, breezing past Cumberland Christian 86-38 on the road.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Concord Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Carlin Hollis - Homeschool, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. Nakevis Walker - Homeschool was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with six steals and five assists.
Meanwhile, Chestertown Christian Academy was beaten by The Gunston School 66-35 back in December of 2023.
The win got Concord Christian Academy back to even at 1-1. As for Chestertown Christian Academy, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-1.
Concord Christian Academy beat Chestertown Christian Academy 49-39 when the teams last played back in February of 2023. Does Concord Christian Academy have another victory up their sleeve, or will Chestertown Christian Academy turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
