The Aliquippa Quips extended their postseason success on Friday against the Mars Fightin' Planets. They were the clear victor by a 47-24 margin over the Fightin' Planets. Aliquippa might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won seven matches by 23 points or more this season.
Tiqwai Hayes had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 233 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.1 yards per carry. Hayes' longest rush was for an incredible 74 yards.
Although Mars took the loss, they still got scores from Cole Yoshioka, Evan Wright, and Liam Hein.
The win for Aliquippa keeps them at an undefeated 11-0. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 28.33 points. As for Mars, their loss dropped their record down to 10-3.
Aliquippa does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Mars also has no future games currently scheduled.
