On Saturday, the McNair Eagles sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 54-51 win over the Aspire Langston Hughes Academy Titans. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

McNair has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.6 points per game. As for Aspire Langston Hughes Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McNair will square off against Bear Creek at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
