Murdock is 1-9 against Narragansett Regional since May of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit  on Thursday. The Blue Devils will be playing at home against the Warriors  at 3:30  p.m. Murdock has given up an average of 9.8  runs per game this season, but Thursday's  game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Murdock managed to slip by Montachusett RVT the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Blue Devils came up short against  the Bulldogs on Tuesday, falling  20-4.
  Madelyn Santos made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 2-for-3 with one  triple and two  RBI.  Kylieann Brown also deserves some recognition as  she  scored her first  run of the season.
Meanwhile,  there's no place like home for Narragansett Regional, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Saturday. They were the clear victors by  a  14-2 margin over Quabbin Regional on Monday. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive  win against them.
 Cassidy Paridis was a  major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  tossed five innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   one  hit. Paridis was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-4 with three  runs, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI. Those  three  runs gave  her a new career-high.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Mia Manca, who  got on base  in all four of her plate appearances with four  runs, two  stolen bases,  and one  double. Those  four  runs gave  her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Sam Boumil, who  went 1-for-3 with three  runs, one  triple,  and one  stolen base.
 Murdock's loss dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Narragansett Regional, their victory bumped their record up to 12-5.
