Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  47-27  back in August.
 When it comes to explaining why Silver Creek lost, don't look at  Kameron Black. Despite the final result, he threw for 259 yards and three  touchdowns, and also rushed for 54 yards and one  TD on only five carries. The Dragons' leading receiver  Drake Oltman was  Black's top target yet again, picking up 91 receiving yards and a pair of  scores.
  Jovon Morris was  his usual excellent self, rushing for 152 yards and four  TDs while picking up 8.0 yards per carry for Charlestown. Morris really tore up the turf  during one magnificent 70-yard run. The team also got some help courtesy of  Aj Todd, who gained 114 total yards and a touchdown.
Silver Creek is  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-7. As for Charlestown,  the  victory made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 8-2.
 Silver Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Charlestown, they will take on Martinsville at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. That  game will pit two of the most dominant  backs against one another:  Morris and  Lucas Dewey.
