The Winder-Barrow Bulldoggs were the 1-0 winner over the South Gwinnett Comets when they last played one another back in February of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Winder-Barrow fell just short of South Gwinnett by a score of 2-1.
Winder-Barrow's loss dropped their record down to 0-2-1. As for South Gwinnett, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Winder-Barrow's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Heritage at 5:30 p.m. on February 16th. Winder-Barrow's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for South Gwinnett, they will head out on the road to square off against Discovery at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
