Kaycee are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Guernsey-Sunrise on Friday at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps national rankings project a close game.
Kaycee didn't finish too far behind, but the team still lost 8-14 to Rock River last Saturday.
Meanwhile, after having lost a blowout to Farson-Eden in their previous match, Guernsey-Sunrise were happy to find some success. Guernsey-Sunrise strolled past Hulett with points to spare, taking the match 47-28.
Guernsey-Sunrise's win lifted them to 1-1 while Kaycee's loss dropped them down to 0-3. We'll see if Guernsey-Sunrise's success rolls on or if Kaycee are able to steal their positive momentum.
