Meanwhile, Crosspointe Christian Academy came tearing into Thursday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They pulled ahead with a 44-43 photo finish over Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats.
Mooresville Christian dropped their record down to 3-12 with that loss, which was their third straight at home. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 24.7 points per game. As for Crosspointe Christian Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.
Mooresville Christian ended up a good deal behind Crosspointe Christian Academy when the teams last played back in January, losing 43-26.
