Selle continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played. Rylee Sullivan was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
When it comes to explaining why Gunnison lost, one person who can't be blamed is Kylee McDougal. Despite the final result, she scored 14 points along with five assists and four steals. Another player making a difference was Kaylee Vincent, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds.
Gunnison struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only three offensive rebounds. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Meeker pulled down 12 offensive rebounds.
The victory got Meeker back to even at 8-8. As for Gunnison, they dropped their record down to 5-11 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.
