She played a big game the last time she faced Mater Academy Bay, so the team probably should've seen her coming. She's been particularly strong when it comes to steals, as the matchup was her fourth straight with three or more. This year, Ayerdis has averaged 13.5 points, 6 steals, and 8.6 rebounds per game.
Ayerdis and Academy for Innovative Education will be playing in front of their home fans against the Stallions at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) will enter the matchup having just beaten the Bulldogs, so the Aviators will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
