Canton will head out to face off against Lindale at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Canton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Peyton Goodon, who had 17 digs and five assists. That's the most assists Goodon has posted since back in September. Another player making a difference was Mallory Alexander, who had 13 assists and seven digs.
Meanwhile, Lindale got the win against Athens on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Hornets: they've now won eight in a row.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-7, 25-10.
Canton's record now sits at 26-14. As for Lindale, their record is now 27-13.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Friday's match: Canton has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 6.4 aces per game. However, it's not like Lindale struggles in that department as they've been averaging 5.7 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
Canton was able to grind out a solid win over Lindale when the teams last played back in September, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for Canton since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
