Santa Fe Trail came out on top against Prairie View on Tuesday thanks in part to Hunter French's efforts. French turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and not a single walk). Santa Fe Trail is 2-1 when French allows two or fewer earned runs, but 1-3 otherwise.

Looking ahead, French and Santa Fe Trail are taking a road trip to face off against St. Marys at 2:30 p.m. on Friday.
