The Legend Titans can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Saturday. They blew past Legacy 82-36 at home. With Legend ahead 42-15 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Grace Stanley was her usual excellent self, scoring 18 points along with seven steals and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Gavi, who scored 11 points along with six assists and four steals.
The victory makes it two in a row for Legend and bumps their season record up to 13-1. As for Legacy, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Legend will challenge Heritage at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Heritage will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Colorado Rankings (they are ranked 160th, while Legend is ranked second). As for Legacy, they will head out on the road to face off against Prairie View at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
