The Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association Patriots will head out on the road to face off against the TEACH Homeschool Beach Breakers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.
TEACH Homeschool will be up against a hot Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association team: the squad just extended their winning streak to five. The Patriots were the clear victors by a 15-6 margin over Front Royal HomeSchool on Saturday.

Braeden Copeland looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Keegan HAGER, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Collin FELTS, who went 3-for-5 with three runs, one double, and one RBI.
Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least four batters in nine consecutive matches.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask TEACH Homeschool). They never let StoneBridge get on the board and left with an 18-0 victory on Thursday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.
Conner Burcker looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has become a key player for TEACH Homeschool: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most two hits, but 3-9 otherwise.
At the plate, TEACH Homeschool got a massive performance out of Zach Daniels, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI, one run, and one double. Nate Flowers also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-6-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.4 runs over those games. As for TEACH Homeschool, their record now sits at 5-10.
TEACH Homeschool's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .314. It's a different story for TEACH Homeschool, though, as they've only averaged .250. Will they be able to contain Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association's hitters?
