Everything went their way against the North Valleys Panthers as they made off with a 20-4 victory. The team relied heavily on Taylor Tollestrup, who went 4-for-5 with one home run, three stolen bases, and five RBI. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last 19 games she's played. Another player making a difference was Ximena Rodriguez, who went 4-for-3 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Fernley kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 20 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since the start of last season.
Fernley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-9 record this season.
