Reidsville extended their winning streak to 37 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Dionte Neal. The Reidsville Rams walked away with a 68-61 win over the St. Anne's-Belfield Saints on Monday thanks in part to Neal, who went 7 for 16 on his way to 32 points in addition to seven rebounds and five assists. His evening made it eight games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Kendre Harrison, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 14 boards. He is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in the last 29 games he's played dating back to last season.

Several Saints players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Danzelle Bullock Coles, who posted 15 points and seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Chance Mallory, who had 17 points and five boards.

Reidsville's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for St. Anne's-Belfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.

Reidsville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 61-49 win against Walkertown on the 3rd. As for St. Anne's-Belfield, they will be playing in front of their home fans against John Marshall at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. St. Anne's-Belfield is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 63.5 points per game this season.
