In what's become a running theme this season, the Sundown Roughnecks gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 69-12 victory over Post at home. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Sundown has managed all season.
Allie McCormick continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a triple-double on 19 points, nine assists, and 11 steals. She hasn't dropped below two steals for ten straight games. Another player making a difference was Aria Hogan, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds and five steals.
Sundown's win bumped their record up to 15-13. As for Post, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-20.
Sundown will head out on the road to face off against New Home at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. New Home will be looking to extend their current 12-game winning streak. As for Post, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Seagraves at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Seagraves comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 25 points in their last 12 games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
