School for the Deaf took a 49-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tennessee School for the Deaf on Monday. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for N.C. School for the Deaf in their matchups with Tennessee School for the Deaf: they've now lost six in a row.
Jordan Grimes continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Tennessee School for the Deaf, scoring 21 points along with seven rebounds. Grimes continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Lorenzen Shaw, who scored eight points along with four steals and three blocks.
N.C. School for the Deaf now has a losing record at 8-9. As for Tennessee School for the Deaf, their victory bumped their record up to 3-9.
