St. Dominic won the last time they faced St. Louis HomeSchool P and things went their way on Saturday too. The Crusaders were the clear victors by a 12-1 margin over the Patriots. Considering the Crusaders have won nine contests by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Colin Donaldson was a standout: he went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Those two RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Daniel Henke, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.

St. Dominic has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-7-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for St. Louis HomeSchool P, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 21-15.

St. Dominic didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-2 victory against Duchesne on the 12th. As for St. Louis HomeSchool P, they have also already played their next contest, an 11-6 defeat against St. Charles West on the 10th.
